Returns and Refunds
If you are in any doubt about the correct product for your application please call us Freephone on 0808 1680635 BEFORE placing your order. If the product is no longer required it needs to be returned to us; unopened and in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please download our Customer Returns Form and include this with your return. No returns will be accepted without this form. Any returns made after 7 days from receipt are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. If you feel there is a fault with your product please call us first on our Freephone number 0808 1680635 and we shall run through some troubleshooting options. If we feel that the product needs further testing please download our Customer Returns Form and return it to us with the product. We shall then test the product fully and should a manufacturers fault be found we shall replace the products and refund your carriage charge.
If there is an issue with the delivery or packaging of your goods, please email email@example.com with images showing exactly what the issue is before returning any goods to us.
Our batteries are guaranteed against failure caused by faulty material or workmanship. In the event of such failure, the battery will be exchanged free of charge. Provided that the battery is accompanied by a proof-of-purchase.
This guarantee excludes batteries fitted on the following applications:
• Taxi cabs (including private cars used as taxis or for private-hire)
• Passenger Service Vehicles (PSVs)
• Police cars
• Cars (but not commercial vehicles) used on a 2 or 3-shift/day basis
• Emergency lighting
• Electrically-powered bicycles and tricycles
• Other non-automotive usage including standby
However, batteries used in these applications do carry a full one-year Guarantee against faulty material and workmanship. This Guarantee is valid only for the purchaser of the battery, and is not transferable.
This obligation excludes:
Failure resulting from wear-and-tear, misuse, & negligence either before or during use. Examples are overcharge, deep cycling, sulphation and undercharge.
Failure resulting from the use of any fluids other than distilled or deionised water, or from any action not recommended for our batteries.
Use of a battery-type on a vehicle or unit for which it is not recommended or on which it has been installed and commissioned incorrectly.
The guarantee-period is deemed to start: From date-of-purchase of the original battery.
This Guarantee does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer in any way.
This Guarantee is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale of BBL Batteries.
